Kasargod: Railway official suspended for looting passengers

Kasargod, Jun 30: The railway authority suspended one of its officers for looting money and SIM card from a passenger.

Kasargod railway police station’s civil officer Pramod was suspended by railway SP Nagaraj. The action was taken based on a complaint given by Charles Varghese from Kundapur. The incident took place on Thursday in Mangala express train.

Pramod was security in-charge of the train moving from Nizamuddin to Ernakulam, during which he took Rs 2,000 cash and a SIM card from Charles, stated the complaint.

    Kasragod is shining from all sides and corners. WHY the police officer has to take some ones chip. Is he going to commit any criminal act by using some ones chip.

    Black sheep is there in all communities and in all regions all over the world. Wise people never target a particular area, community caste, creed etc..What about gang rape in Manipal, Home stay attack, Moral policing, murders, rapes in your district. I am not from Kasergod but remember when we point one finger towards others, other four are pointing towards you only.
