New Delhi, Jan 13: The Delhi High Court on Friday issued notices to Lok Sabha Speaker Somnath Chaterjee and three others on a petition filed by expelled Lok Sabha member Lal Chander Pol, challenging his expulsion from the Parliament.

Lal Chander Pol is one of the eleven MPs whose name appeared in the cash-for-query scam.

A division Bench of Justice Vijinder Jain and Justice Rekha Sharma asked the respondents to file their replies within two weeks and posted the matter for further hearing till February 16, when it would be taken up with other related petitions.
