New Delhi, Jan 5: The Supreme Court has reserved an order on the acceptance of the registrar general's report on Zahira Sheikh changing her stand in the Best Bakery case.
The court has also directed amicus curiae to inform it on what action can be taken against the people indicted in the report.
The report has indicted Zahira as a self-condemned liar and has indicted BJP MLA Madhu Srivastava and Chandrakant Srivastava for not cooperating with the inquiry.
Zahira, a key witness in the Best Bakery case, has given a series of flip-flop statements in the trial.
