M'lore: Mount Carmel students excel in CBSE class X exams

Mangalore, May 27: The second batch of class X students of Mount Carmel Central School, Maryhill, Mangalore has secured 100% results in the AISSE-2013.

All the 42 students who appeared for the Class X board exam held in March 2013 have passed with quality results, 10 of them scoring CGPA 10 points and other 15 scoring above 9 CGPA.

The school which started in the year 2008 is the first CBSE school run by the sisters of the Apostolic Carmel Congregation, Karnataka Province.

The school has been upgraded to senior secondary level from June 2013 with Class X Science - PCMB / PCMC and commerce - EABM / EABC streams."
