"Chemistry is an ever ending big world and there is still lots to be learnt and researched. Chemistry is something that is needed in our daily life and is everywhere. Will power in oneself is something that is required to excel in chemistry", she added.
"The DST programme initiated by the Govt of India helps a lot especially for the women scientists, the ones who have taken a break in their professional and research career, can get back to the field of research and explorations and thus excel. The biggest secret of research is Patience. 3 Es in life is very essential to achieve success, Energy, Experience and Excellence", she advised.

Education is not just bound to a lecture hall, but it also plays a role outside the educational instituitions.
"Success is gained when we make mistakes and learn from it. Chemistry is something that is bound to see, unless we see, we cannot learn or understand. Do not just be scientists, but be caring and eco-friendly scientists", she urged.
