Mangalore: Several BJP, Congress activists join JD(S)

Mangalore, Mar 3: Several party workers belonging to BJP and Congress from Kavoor, Marakada, Bondel, joined JD(S) on Saturday March 2.

JD(S) leader Sadhanada Shetty welcomed them by handing over the JD(S) flag. “Several youth are heading towards JD(S) which will strengthen the party. This time people will opt for JD(S) to bring changes in the district,” he said.

“Several BJP workers and Sangh Parivar youths from both levels are joining JD(S). JD(S) will be the growing future power in the district, and will win with majority seats in MCC elections,” said Shashiraj Shetty, district general secretary.

Praveen Shetty, Suresh Shetty, Rajesh Shetty, Yathish Poojary and many others joined JD(S).

Abubhakar Natekal, M G Hegde, Chitharanjan Rai, Ranjith Malli BA Aslam, Abdul Mazid, Sureshchandra Shetty, were present on the occasion.

MG Hegde welcomed on this occasion.

    the way DEDICATED BJP and SANGPARIVAR workers are just dumping their party and joining other Political parties!!!!
    There is chaotic situation in BJP - like i mentioned earlier - looking at these youngsters leaving BJP - there is terrible differences between old and young in RSS\BJP etc. When Muthalik has blasted BJP - that was the last straw!!!
    I had voted for BJP last election but .. what a mistake it was
