Chennai, Feb 25 (IANS): India were all out for 572 in the first innings after skipper Mahendra Singh Dhoni struck 224 on the fourth day of the first cricket session at the M.A. Chidambaram Stadium here Monday.
India now have a lead of 192 run in reply to Australia's first innings score of 380.
Resuming at overnight 515 for eight, India added 57 runs in the first hour. Dhoni added 18 runs to his overnight score of 206 before he became James Pattinson's (5/95) fifth victim.
Overnight batsman Bhuvaneshwar Kumar also made a fighting 38, the highest score by an Indian No.10.
