Madrid, Feb 21 (IANS/EFE): At 23, Dakota Johnson, the daughter of actors Don Johnson and Melanie Griffith, wants to follow in the family tradition and make it in the film world, and - in addition - she says she would like "to work in Spain".

The model and actress admitted that the marriage of her mother to Spanish actor Antonio Banderas has made her relationship with Spain "very good" given that, she says, she grew up traveling to the Iberian country every year for summers and spring break.

In an interview granted to the Spanish edition of Glamour, Johnson said she loves "Spanish food, architecture and music".

Dakota, who made her debut as an actress alongside her mother and half-sister Stella Banderas in the film "Crazy in Alabama", directed by Antonio Banderas, wants to contribute to the prestige achieved by the family beginning with her grandmother - actress Tippi Hendren, the star of several famous Alfred Hitchcock films - and which continued with her parents and older brother Jesse Johnson.

Dakota, who has begun to appear on magazine covers, said that she is not interested in "fame" as an end in itself, declaring "I know what's a lie and what's not".
