Mangalore: Shwetha S Pai secures distinction in Carnatic music

Mangalore, Feb 13: Shwetha S Pai, student of Bajpe Holy Family Girls High School, secured 87.25 percent in the junior level Karnataka classical music exam 2012 organized by Karnataka High School Education Board.

Shwetha bagged first place in classical singing and second place in folk and Bhaavageetha in the Hobli level Prathibha Karanji competition.

Shwetha S Pai, daughter of P K Satish Pai and Nandisi Pai is trained by Veena S Bhat.
