Mangalore: Home stay attack case transferred to sessions court

Mangalore, Jan 29: All the 37 accused in connection with the home stay attack case were produced before the court on Monday January 28.

On the other hand, the third JMFC court shifted the case to the district sessions court.

Since charges of assault, theft and others have also been added in this case, it was transferred to the sessions court.

Sources said that in the coming days witnesses will be questioned. Hearing date is yet to be decided.

It may be recalled that the Morning Mist home stay attack took place on July 28. Case was registered by Mangalore rural police and the accused list was submitted to third JMFC court.
