Mangalore: Rs 8 Lac Stolen from Parked Car at Kulur

Mangalore, Jan 10: An unidentified person broke the glass of a parked car near Kulur on Wednesday January 9 and managed to get away with Rs 8 lac which was inside the car.

Keshav Shetty (34) from Soorinje is the man who lost the money.

As per the information received, Keshav Shetty sold his land and the registration work was done in the city on Wednesday. The deal money amounting to Rs 8 lac in cash was with him. As it was afternoon by the time the registration work was done, Keshav on his way back home stopped his Swift car near Kulur for lunch.

The money was kept on the dashboard. The theft came to light when he came back from lunch and found the car window glass broken and the money missing.

Investigation is being carried out and a case has been registered at Kavoor police station.

    NO SUN CONTROL DARK FILMS ON WINDOWS.Delhi gang rape bus had dark film curtains,no problem.Only 8L got burnt,very soon we will hear about passengers got burnt and disappeared.!

    It is easy to catch the culprit.He is the near/circle of Keshav Shetty.Just remember and list out suspects who all have came across about land deal from intial stage to end.You will get him.

    Same thing happend with my Friend in Dubai. He got a loan from Bank AED:22,000 to built a house in India. He parked his car near Reef Mall kachha parking and kept amount in dash board box in TIIDA car and even his passport was in laptop bag & cooling glass in side car. he thaught taking room is not safe coz room partners. Next day he went to his car his car's lock was brocken and his laptop & even glass was stolan. Lucky boy just saved cos theif he dint check the dash board. after FIR he need to apply for new passport!!!

    1. 8 lacs in cash!!
    2. Kept in dashboard!!(fool)
    3. Stopped at kulur for lunch which means roadside and broad day light!!!
    4. Glass was broken on road side car in broad day light on a busy road!!No one saw!

    if you are dealing in black money transactions such things are bound to happen..greed drives in dealing cash transaction to evade some tax but God has his own way of making you teach his lessons..trying to save some money he lost everything..its a lesson to everybody
