Abu Dhabi, Jan 8: Bearys Welfare Forum, Abu Dhabi hosted a grand reception for B A Moidin, ex-minister, government of Karnataka, and a highly respected Congress leader who arrived recently on a private visit to UAE.
The programme was held at Food Lands Hall, Abu Dhabi at around 7.30 pm on Saturday January 5, attended by executive members of BWF Abu Dhabi. It started with the recitation of Holy Quran and briefing by Abdul Ravoof.
Mohamed Ali Uchil, president, BWF welcomed the gathering and gave a short introduction. He highlighted the commitment of B A Moidin to the downtrodden in the society. BWF requested the Congress high command to strongly consider him for a Rajya Sabha MP seat or any other respected post either in the government or in Congress party.

Bearys Welfare Forum, Abu Dhabi made an appeal to the government authorities concerned through B A Moidin to ease the eligibility for government seats in professional colleges for NRI students of Karnataka.
This appeal is being made due to the current difficulties faced by the NRIs for their wards. The ex-minister accepted the appeal and promised that he would not only deliver this to the chief minister but also fight for this cause. He gave a stunning speech covering the problems faced by the community and society we live, and insisted that the community give utmost priority for education.
BWF executives had a meaningful and informative interaction with B A Moidin.
