Mangalore, Dec 6: "Two decades have passed since the demolition of Babri Masjid but Congress has failed to fulfil the assurance given to us," said Abdul Razaq Kemara State committee member of PFI.
He was speaking at a press meet held at hotel Woodlands here on Thursday December 6.
"Congress had assured that it would rebuild the Babri Masjid but until today there is no progress on the issue. The demolition of Babri Masjid is the second greatest act of terror after the assassination of Mahathma Gandhi," he said.
"We the members of Popular Front of India will never allow people to forget this bleak day. We will fight to rebuild the Babri Masjid and still hope that law will punish those who were involved in demolishing the mosque. Action should be taken according to Liberhan Commission report," he said.
"We are not ready to accept the verdict given by Allahabad court. We seek justice from Supreme Court," he added.
Athaulla A M, state committee member of PFI, Nazir M H, president, PFI Mangalore, and B M Abdul Majeed were present.
