Dear Mayor Gulzar Bannu congratulations for your great effort for setting up Mangalore 1 centres where people can pay all bills[tel/water/tax/elec] in one place. But please see that all counters are operating.Last time when i paid bills at Lalbagh centre there were only 2 counters working out of 8 counters and the people's standing line came out of the centre up to outside steps like ration shop line. Also 1 counter girl just went for a tea break and finally only 1 counter was working.
