Bantwal, Sep 5: A cheque for Rs 30,000 from the chief ministers relief fund for the benefit of medical treatment was given to the beneficiaries recently.

The cheque was handed over by Bantwal MLA B Ramanath Rai to Baakila Narayana Poojary from the Ananthadi Gram.

Zilla panchayat member M S Mohammed and Chandraprakash Shetty were present.
