Kasargod: Teenage Girl Commits Suicide

Kasargod, Aug 12: A 16-year-old student was found hanging in her residence here at Chattamchal on Saturday August 11.

The deceased has been identified as Fathimath Haseena, daughter of Husainar and Ayesha.

She was a resident of Padhoor road of Thekkilu, Ukrapadi. She was studying in the
10th grade of Nayammar Mule THIS School.

Haseena reportedly took the extreme step while her mother Ayesha had been out of the house. It is learnt that the fan was removed and a shawl was tied to the hooks.

She is survived by her siblings Missriya, Kamarudhin, Safruddin and Zafar Sadiq.

After post mortem, her body was shifted to a private hospital.
