Kundapur, Jul 16: “The state has no effective government and the changing of chief ministers by the same party has been causing hindrances to state officials. The state has a history of several effective governments reigning in the past. The state-led BJP government has created a dubious history by following anti-democratic means through corrupt administration, favouritism, and groupism,” said MP Jayaprakash Hegde.
