Two Wanted Terrorists Held in Indonesia


Jakarta, Jul 13 (IANS/AKI): Two alleged members of terror group Jamaah Ansharut Tauhid, who are suspected of being involved in the killing of two police officers last year, have been arrested in Indonesia.

The two were arrested Thursday by anti-terrorism police in Central Sulawesi.

Police said one served as a financier and liaison man.

"We suspect them of being involved in the shooting of two police officers in front of a Bank Central Asia office branch last year," said Central Sulawesi police chief Brig. Gen. Dewa Parsana.
