Panaji, July 11 (IBNS) The Goa Legislative Assembly’s first full-fledged monsoon session begins on Thursday after Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar returning to treasury benches after seven long years.

Around 1400 questions, 10 resolutions and 8 bills will be tabled during the 20 working days of the assembly. The session will continue till August 8.

Former Chief Minister and Margao MLA Digambar Kamat and independent Fatorda MLA Vijay Sardesai have filed the highest number of questions. It is learnt that each of the two legislators have filed 200 questions to be answered by the ruling coalition.
