Italian Police Seize 53 Illegally-built Villas


Salerno, Jul 7 (IANS/AKI): Police in Italy have sealed off 53 villas near the southern coastal city of Salerno that were constructed without necessary permits.

A total of 112 people were reported for illegal building.

The luxury villas, spread across the Valle di Natale on a scenic stretch of coastline, are worth 12 million euro, investigators said.
