Islamabad, Jun 14 (IANS): At least four people were killed Thursday in a US drone strike in Pakistan's northwest tribal region, media reports said.
The drone fired two missiles at a house in Miranshah in North Waziristan, a restive tribal region along the Afghan border, Xinhua reported citing Urdu TV channel ARY News.
Four people were killed inside the house, which was destroyed in the attack. Some nearby houses were also damaged.
Witnesses said two drones took part in the attack. One aircraft fired missiles at the house while the other hovered over the area.
