Udupi: 19 Students Injured in Collision of Buses, One Dead, Six Critical

Udupi, Jun 4: An eight-year-old boy was killed in the accident that took place between a school bus and a private bus at Brahmavar here on Monday May 4.
The boy has been identified as Krish V Bangera, son of Vasant and Geeta Bangera of Kodavoor, Udupi, and a student of third standard.
In all, 19 students were injured in the accident, of which six are critical and one dead.

Over fifteen students were injured in a collision between a school bus and private bus near Doopadakatte, Brahmavar here on Monday June 4.
The collision was between a bus owned by G M Vidyaniketan Public School and a private bus plying to Mumbai.
The critically wounded were admitted to KMC Hospital, Manipal and others to Mahesh Clinic, Brahmavar.
Brahmavar police have registered a case.

In Manipal hospital: Rifan of Kalmadi, Shefali of Udyavar, Prajwal, Nidhi of Kaup and Manvika.
In Mahesh Clinic - Monica, Rithika, Arjun, Satwik, Prajwal, Nikhit, Pradhan, Swastik, Janani, and Nagaprasad.
