Mangalore, May 17: Another Mangalorean, Pallavi Rao K of Surathkal shared the second rank with two others in SSLC examination, by scoring 621 out of 625.
She is the student of Vidyadayini Englsih Medium School, Surathkal. She is the daughter of K Manjunath Rao, an employee of private company and Bhuvaneshwari.
She wants to take up science and make a career inengineering.

Pallavi Rao speaking to Daijiworld said that she was glad to see her results. "I did not expect such a huge surprise. I used to study 4 hours every day and when exams approached I studied for 6 hours. Teachers, parents and friends are the reason for my achievement", Pallavi Rao said.
Yoga, dhyana and meditation have helped her in studies, she told.
