Dubai, May 15: Yaksha Mithraru, UAE, Gulf region's amateur Yakshagana troupe is celebrating nine years of its formation this year. This commemoration will witness a Yakshagana show titled "Threejanma Moksha" which will be held on Friday June 8, at the Sheikh Rashid Auditorium, Indian School, Dubai.
Apart from the amateur Yakshagana artistes, the show will invite four professional guest artistes from Mangalore. Sathish Shetty Patla, a young Bhagavathar from the Kateel troupe will render his voice as the Bhagavathar. Delanthamajal Subhahmanya Bhat will be the 'Chende' player. Gangadhar D Shettigar will handle makeup and stage setting. Banari Chandrashekhar Gowda will be another guest artiste from Mangalore.
A few new faces along with child artistes will also be added to the team. As for the special attraction, a few innovative stage settings will also be added.
Yaksha Mithraru has always set a good example by starting their shows on schedule. This year too the show will begin on time. Hence all Yakshagana lovers are cordially invited to the show and are requested to be present before time.
