Kabul, May 13 (IANS): Arsallah Rahmani, a member of Afghanistan's High Peace Council, was gunned down here Sunday, a media report said.
Rahmani, a former Taliban leader, was fatally shot Sunday, reported Xinhua citing a TV report.
