Mumbai: Journalist Dhananjay Moodbidri Cautions Against Consuming Adulterated Food

Mumbai, Mar 28: “We have to be cautious of our food, especially the vegetables and pulses that are treated with disinfectants that have serious complications on general well-being,” said journalist Dhananjay Moodbidri.

He was delivering a talk on ‘Food: Supplement /Poison’, which was held under the aegis of Powai Kannada Sangh at Muncipal Kannada School, Paspoli, on Wednesday March 28.

He stressed the need to introspect on food that comprised the lifestyle of chaotic Mumbaikars.

Powai Kannada Sangh president D K Shetty presided over the programme.

The Sangh’s women’s wing president Jyoti R Shetty, and Suresh M Acharya, Santa Cruz, were also present.

The Sangh’s honorary secretary Dayanand C Bangera welcomed the gathering. Teacher Praveeni D Salian introduced the guests while teacher Prakash Revi proposed the vote of thanks.
