Mumbai: Srinivas Jokatte’s ‘Badalada Mukhagalu’ Released

Mumbai, Mar 26:
‘Badalada Mukhagalu’, Kannada book by renowned litterateur and journalist Srinivas Jokatte, was released during the two-day 7th Literary–Cultural Convention that was organized under the aegis of the Karnataka Sangh Mumbai and Kannada and culture department, Bangalore, at Dr M Vishveshwarayya auditorium of Kannada Sangh, Matunga (West), on Saturday March 24.  The book was published by Aditya Publications, Belgaum.
 
The renowned critic, intellectual, and culture expert Dr Narahalli Balasubramanya released the book authored by Srinivas Jokatte.

Speaking on the occasion, Dr Balasubramanya said that Jokatte’s book has introspections about the people that one comes across daily.  “The majority of journalists have become followers of politicians and religious leaders by forgetting their social concern.  The realities of consumerism on human values are highlighted in the book,” he added.
 
Renowned litterateur Dr Na Damodar Shetty Mangalore, K S Bhagawan Mysore, and Karnataka Sangh honorary secretary Dr Bharat Kumar Polipu were present on the dais.
 
Karnataka Sangh treasurer Omdas Kannangar, Jayalaxmi Srinivas Jokatte, Dr Sunita M Shetty, Dr B A Savadi, Dr G N Upadhya, journalist Dhananjay Moodbidri, Mohan Marnad, and Shimunje Parari were also present.
