Mangalore: Three Inmates Flee from Counselling Centre

Mangalore, Mar 18: In a complaint filed with Kadri police station, convener of Prajna Counselling Centre in Kankanady here, Mercy Divya Pinto, said that three inmates of the centre had fled on the night of Thursday March 15.

The names of the boys, who made good their escape, have been given as Murari (14) from Bihar, Venkatesh (11) from Andhra Pradesh, and Rajyu (13) from Dharwad.

The complaint states that those in charge of the centre were preparing to retire for night after dinner at around 9 pm, when the three succeeded in slipping out of the centre together.
