Panaji, Feb 27 (IANS): BJP president Nitin Gadkari Monday refused to take questions from the media related to former Karnataka chief minister B.S. Yeddyurappa's claim that incumbent Chief Minister Sadanand Gowda was only a "temporary" arrangement.
Gadkari said he will address media queries on the subject only when he is in Bangalore.
"Ask me some questions on Goa. I will answer this when I am in Bangalore," Gadkari said.
Yeddyurappa, the Bharatiya Janata Party's (BJP) first chief minister in south India, has raised a flag of rebellion, demanding he be restored to the chief minister's chair.
When asked if the Karnataka fiasco was giving him sleepless nights, Gadkari shot back: "I don't have a headache. I do not carry Saridon or Anacin (both prescribed temporary stress-relief medications). I sleep even in a helicopter."
