Mumbai, Jan 17: The re-located Thane (West) branch of Bharat Co-operative Bank, a metro based multi-state scheduled co-operative bank, was inaugurated at Panama Planet building, Noupada, Gokhale Road, Thane (West), on Monday January 16.
Billawar Association president and Bharat Co-operative Bank former chairman and current director Jaya C Suvarna inaugurated the newly-shifted branch on Monday morning.
Bank chairman Vasudev R Kotian inaugurated the ATM kiosk at the new location.
The Bank’s deputy chairman lawyer Rohini J Salian inaugurated the safe deposit lockers.
Renowned cardiologist Dr Dayanand K Kumbla inaugurated the banking facilities.
Metro-based Sai Care Logistics Limited chairman Surendra A Poojary, social activist Meenakshi Shinde, chartered accountant Sadashiv Shetty, Prof D K Kundar, hoteliers Raviraj K Hegde, Ashok M Kotian, and Harish Mulky Thane, social workers Sudhakar Kotian, Prema Kotian, Shankar Poojary, Ganesh Poojary, Acchanna Poojary, Anant D Salian, K P Suvarna, M N Karkera, K G Raghavendra, Ashwajit Hejamady, Premanat Kukyan, and hundreds of the Bank’s customers were present on the occasion.
The Bank’s directors Pushpalata N Salian, Raja V Salian, Jyoti K Suvarna, Y Nagesh, Mohan G Poojary, Jagannat V Kotian, Shankar D Poojary, Bhaskar M Salian, Rohit M Suvarna, and CEO B K Amin were present.
Vidwan K Sadasiv Shanti performed various religious celebrations at the newly-re-located branch. Monappa J Kotian and Sharada M Kotian were present during the religious celebrations.
The Bank’s general managers C R Mulky, Anil Kumar R Amin, deputy general manager Prof Shekar Poojary, assistant general managers Shobha Dayanand, Vivek S Shanbagh, Nityanand D Kotian, Prabhakar G Suvarna, Navinchandra S Bangera, and Dinesh Sanil were also present on the occasion.
