Mangaluru, Feb 27: The national flag hoisted on the towering 75-meter flagpole at Kadri Park has been left completely torn, causing embarrassment to visitors and raising concerns over its maintenance.
Despite being in a tattered state, the flag remains erected, drawing criticism from citizens.
The flagpole, which was installed in September last year at a cost of Rs 75 lac, is the second tallest in Karnataka.
