Mangalore, Dec 28: Karnataka Bank Limited has appointed six new assitant general managers (AGMs).
The six are Ranganatha, Bhaskara Halambi H R, Kameshwar M Bhat, Shashiraja Rao N, Venkatakrishna Bhat and Mahalingeshwara K.
Ranganatha, chief manager, Hubli regional office, joined the Bank in 1983 and worked in branches at Chickmagalur, Balehonnur, Sirsi, Raichur, Pune, and Bijapur. He was promoted as chief manager in 2008.
Bhaskara Halambi HR, chief manager, Asset Recovery Management branch in Bangalore, joined the Bank in 1981. Bhaskara Halambi worked in New Delhi, Shimoga, Bangalore, Chennai and Mumbai branches. He was promoted as chief manager in 2005.
Kameshwar M Bhat, chief manager, Salem branch, joined the Bank in 1990. Kameshwar M Bhat worked in branches at Kolar, Jamkhandi, Athani, Gokak, Secunderabad, Bhubaneswar, Bangalore. He was promoted as chief manager in 2008.
Shashiraja Rao N, chief manager, Mangalore regional office has been promoted as assistant general manager. Shashiraja Rao joined the Bank in 1985 and worked at New Delhi, Chandigarh, Coimbatore, Mumbai and Bangalore branches. He was promoted as chief manager in 2008.
Venkatakrishna Bhat, chief manager, Credit Department at Head office, joined the Bank in 1987. Venkatakrishna Bhat worked in branches at Biccodu, Hanbal, Chickmagalur, Somwarpet. He was promoted as chief manager in 2008.
Mahalingeshwara K, chief manager, New Delhi-Overseas branch, joined the Bank in 1984. Mahalingeshwara Bhat worked in branches at Alappuzha, Mahalingapur, Kozhikode, Bangalore, Chandigarh. He was promoted as chief manager in 2008.
