Udupi: Biker Killed in Accident

Udupi, Dec 26: A motor bike rider was killed after been knocked down by a bus at Padigara Vaddameshwara in Perdoor village in the taluk on Sunday December 25.

The victim has been identified as Hariprasad Shetty, a resident of Perdoor Kallala village. The bus in question was moving towards Hebri from Udupi. Shetty was moving from his native place to Perdoor, when the bus hit him.

Shetty suffered critical injuries in the accident. He breathed his last while being carried to a hospital. A case in this respect was registered in Hiriyadka police station.
