Sullia: Wild elephant attacks, seriously injures Ayyappa devotee

Sullia, Dec 17: A wild elephant attacked and seriously injured Charith, an Ayyappa devotee, in Kalmakaru village of Sullia taluk on Tuesday morning.

Charith, who sustained severe injuries, has been admitted to a hospital in Mangaluru.

The incident occurred early in the morning while he was washing clothes in a stream.
