Udupi, Oct 24: MCC Bank is organizing a Deepavali Group Photo Contest to celebrate the Deepavali festival. The poster for the contest was launched at the MCC Bank's Brahmavar branch on October 24.

The group photo contest, featuring traditional lamps, is being organized by the Kundapur, Brahmavar, and Udupi branches of the coastal region.

The poster was unveiled by renowned local entrepreneur Arun Waramballi, who wished success for the event.

Participants are required to submit a group photo featuring lamps, along with a 15-second video clip. Each team must consist of at least five members, with special emphasis placed on traditional attire and creative presentation.

To register, the team leader’s mobile number and a copy of their Aadhaar card must be submitted to the contest’s WhatsApp number at 7090700113. Participation is open to all residents of Karnataka.

The winners will receive cash prizes of Rs 5,000 for first place, Rs 3,000 for second place, Rs 2,000 for third place, and Rs 1,000 as a consolation prize. Prizes will be awarded on November 10, during the relocation ceremony of the MCC Bank's Udupi branch.

MCC Bank’s director Elroy Kiran Crasta delivered the introductory address. Brahmavar branch manager Ovin Robello welcomed the gathering and hosted the program.

Businessmen Roshan, Ravi Poojary, Yogish, and Ganesh, along with customers Anand, Pratima, and Praveen, and the staff of the Brahmavar branch, were present on the occasion.
