Guys , This is just a vendetta politics done in APMC market by some traders , that's all. The Trader who got this 12ton consignment must be from the minority community, He might be just targetted here bcoz of his huge consignment which will get him good profits , people don't want to see him flourishing in APMC market . So just to shut his business this game has been played. Just tell me now which item is not mixed these days , Fruits are injected to get ripe soon, Vegetable like tomotoes , capsicum, cauliflower, chillys , are fully sprayed by harmful pesticides, Poultry chicken s are injected, Fish like Sardines, Makrel are sprayed in chemical while they travel long distance markets,Chilly powders are coloured , masala's are coloured, So now tell me are these all be tested & these dealers will be behind bars , the answer is No. So just for some jealous reasons some people have complained & done this . That's all. Jai hind, Jai Karnataka.

We are targeted by China like Hezabullah Pager blast. Govt. Should carefully procure food, electronic, electrical and engineering products. Be prudent when buying Chinese goods.

untill the tests results come most of the garlics will be spoiled. Its just some game, someone paid the officials to seize the garlics, so that their competetor can sale theirs with high margins.

I dont have a business but i work as a consultant for import and export business, not in Bharath but UAE. Thats the reason i told it is not straightforward to say that if someone owns a port or business can do whatever they want to do. There are a lot of procedures to follow. Agree that there will be some sort of black marks but it is incorrect to blame the whole system

They didn’t even spare the Tirupati laddu, how will they spare other food items? It’s important to find out where this chemically laced garlic came from and who its main dealer is. Similarly, we should also avoid the chemical used to keep fish fresh (formaldehyde). It is which is also used for preserving dead bodies.”

Post probably the same master and their group, who have laced Tirupati laddu with fat, are the one who in APMC market, are selling chemically-laced China garlic. 12 tons of garlic is a huge quantity.

@ Harry'am,, It seems like a lot of strange things are happening these days. If a picture of actor Anupam Kher is printed on the ₹500 currency note instead of Mahatma Gandhi, then what else can not happen in this country?🤣😂😁

Import is through ports & border controlled by the Goverment. How garlic, pepper, areca & other products can pass through customs is questionable. Goverment should impose strict control. Poor traders should not be punished.

Harish Mangalore ,before blaming anyone ,you should know the tricks of chinese how do business. For example ,here in Hamburg certain Pesticides are forbidden to sell. They control in Hamburg Harbour. Now comes the trick.Chinese send such Pesticides instead to Germany Hamburg to Spain .Canisters are without labell.Labells are sent together seperate in a box.Since Spain belongs to Europe .So from there it will be sent to Germany and spains name .So it comes in and farmers use it mostly this to spray very poisonous one without knowing and very cheapEven in Spain use it but one week before they send their veg or tomato etc, stop spraying ,.They cant control each and everything but simply some sample
