Mangalore: Harish Sherigar Donates Proceeds of 'Dhoom Dhamaka' to Saanidhya

Mangalore, Nov 21: Dubai’s well known entrepreneur from Mangalore and an established singer himself, Harish Sherigar donated Rs 5 lac, the earnings of his much-appreciated grand comedy and musical show Dhoom Dhamaka 2011, to Saanidhya, which looks after mentally deprived children, here on Monday November 21.
Dr K V Devadiga, Sanath K Shetty, SKS Builders, K Harischandra, MD, Marine Crafts, Mangalore, Prakash Sherigar, proprietor, Avinash Mosaics, Vasanth Shetty and Mahabala Marla were the dignitaries present on the occasion.
Looking at the specially-abled children at Sanidhya, one of the guests Dr K V Devadiga donated Rs 50,000 for the institute on the spot.
Harish Sherigar thanked all the sponsors of the show on the occasion. The show was presented by ACME Building Materials, Dubai. The main sponsor was United Agencies, Dubai/PVS INT- Singapore and the gold sponsor was Farlin Group.
Earlier, Harish Sherigar donated computers with all accessories worth Rs 1,25,000 to Mangala Education Centre, Mannagudda in a small stage ceremony. Dr K V Devadiga, neurologist, Ganesh M, retired SP, principal Vijaya Gowri, teachers and staff were present.
