Mangalore: Roshan Ferrao to Lead Indian Bodybuilding Team at 'Mr Universe-2011'

Mangalore, Nov 20: The Indian Fitness and Body Building Federation announced that Mangalorean Roshan Ferrao will captain the Indian team headed for the ‘Mr Universe – 2011’ body building championship to be held in Hamburg, Germany, from Friday November 25 to Sunday November 27.

 

Ferrao is an employee of Mangalore Electricity Supply Company (MESCOM).  He is one among three body builders from Karnataka who will participate in the championship to be held at Hamburg. Shodhan Kumar Rai and S Shankar are also from Karnataka.
 
Y Nilbir Singh and L Boynao Singh from Manipur, Satish Krishna Malusore and Ashok Shankar Chauvyan from Maharashtra are the other team members.
 
The team will leaving India with officials Mahesh Shivdas Lohar, Omprakash P Parikh and Kulwinder Singh on Wednesday November 23 and return on Wednesday November 30.
