Udupi: IMJ Institute holds workshop on ‘Life Skills’

Udupi, Aug 29: A special workshop on ‘Life Skills’ was conducted on the third day of the induction programme at IMJ Institute of Science and Commerce, Moodlakatte.

The workshop was conducted in collaboration with the commerce and management association, featuring Alla Bhaksha, Yuva Spandana sports department Mangaluru-Dakshina Kannada, as the resource person.

During the workshop Alla Bhaksha provided training on various life skills, including achieving emotional balance, making informed decisions through diverse thinking, problem solving strategies, critical and creative thinking methods, effective communication skills and developing healthy relationships and cooperative attitudes. The training was delivered through a range of interactive activities.

Jayasheel Kumar, vice principal gave an introductory note. Archana Gadde, coordinator of commerce and management association compered the programme.
