Mumbai, Jul 7: The preliminary meeting by Association of Bunts Chartered Accountants Mumbai (ABCA Mumbai) was aimed at promoting the profession of Chartered Accountancy as a prestigious one, emphasising loyalty, dedication, and commitment.
Chairman CA Vishwanath Shetty addressed the gathering, underscoring the importance of maintaining professional integrity and upholding ethical standards.
Other officials, including vice-chairman CA Ashok Shetty, secretary CA Jagadish B Shetty, and treasurer CA Sudesh R. Shetty, were present.
Secretary CA Jagadish Shetty welcomed all the attendees and conducted the meeting ensuring clarity and engagement among all participants. He also discussed the upcoming events including a budget lecture session to be held in August, release of association logo and unveiling of the association website.
Key speakers
CA Ashok Shetty and CA Sudesh Shetty introduced the speakers to the members and gave a headstart to the lecture session. CA Ashok M. Shetty provided insights on tax audit.
Sadashiva S. Shetty Mundkur and Mrunal S. Shetty (CMD/Director, Adroit Corporate Services Pvt. Ltd.), spoke about the next-generation services for smart businesses.
Other attendees included several renowned Chartered Accountants from the city, including CA I R Shetty, CA Shankar B Shetty, CA Sanjeeva Shetty, CA Satish N Shetty, CA Harish Shetty, CA Ramesh A Shetty, CA Prabhakar B Shetty, CA Karunakara Shetty, CA Prakash Shetty, CA Sunil K Shetty, CA Sudhir R L Shetty, CA Rajshri G Shetty and hundreds of Bunts Chartered Accountants of Mumbai had attended the event and participated in the entire programme of ABCA.
