Mangaluru, Apr 18: A LPG gas cylinder leak at a sweet corner stall in Deralakatte led to a fire outbreak on Thursday evening, April 18.
The leak was discovered while a person named Bashir was attending to customers. Upon noticing the fire, both customers and the stall owner quickly evacuated the area. Local residents attempted to extinguish the flames by using sand and water, but the fire engulfed a portion of the stall due to the gas leak.
Miraculously, neither the public nor Bashir sustained any injuries during the incident. However, the stall suffered significant damage, resulting in a loss amounting to several thousand rupees.
