'Mirchi Bombe Habba' by Abharan and Radio Mirchi to Conclude on Oct 10

Mangalore, Oct 9:  The valedictory function of Mirchi Bombe Habba will be held at City centre Mall here on Monday October 10 at 6.00 pm.

The programme will be presided over by Krishna J Palemar, minister of Port and Environment, Karnataka Govt and members of district administrtion.

 About ‘Mirchi Bombe Habba’

As an effort to spread happiness to underprivileged children across the district, Radio Mirchi on the eve of Dasara festival launched the ‘Mirchi Bombe Habba’ which was inaugurated by Vijaykumar Kodyalbail of the ‘Oryardori Asal’ fame.

Listeners and well wishers of Radio Mirchi generously donated their toys to the 15 feet Mirchi Bombe Rack installed in the main entrance of City Centre Mall.

The dolls and toys collected will be distributed to the following charitable institutions

 Ø      Mangalore sevashrama Kuttarpadav

Ø      Chetana Bala Vikasa Shaale, V T Road.

Ø      Sanidhya Special School, Shaktinagar

Ø      Bagini Samaj, Mangaladevi
