Mangaluru, Feb 28: Dr Shawn Serrao was awarded the Gold medal for securing first place in MD Psychiatry examinations conducted by Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences for the year 2022-23.
He studied his UG and PG in St John’s Medical College, Bengaluru and is presently working in St John’s Hospital as senior resident.
He is an alumnus of St Theresa School, Bendore and St Aloysius PU College in city.
He is the son of Fortunate and Genevive Serrao, originally from Hirebyle in Chikkamagaluru, now residents of Kadri and brother of Sharon Serrao.
