Mangaluru, Jan 31: “The work by Biruver Kudla under the leadership of Udaya Poojary Balalbagh is a good example for the saying that there is a way if there is a will,” said MP Nalin Kumar Kateel. He was speaking after donating for the medical treatment of five families the entire amount of Rs 2.50 lacs earned by Biruver Kudla organization by selling Lassi in the stall at Street Food festival.

“The organization has donated nearly Rs 10 crore for the medical treatment of the poor, education, wheel chairs, uniting the Hindu community by means of cultural programmes. Our support will always be there for them,” he said.

State assembly speaker U T Khader said that he has been seeing Biruver Kudla donating funds for medical treatment. “Such organizations should increase and the poor should get monetary help,” he said. 

MLA Vedavyas Kamath wished that the Almighty may provide strength to Biruver Kudla to solve the problems in the society.
