Holistic Management is fast becoming the new buzzword among management academicians and practitioners. Just as a hologram captures the whole in each of its parts, so does the holistic view of management try to look at every issue with an integrated approach. Accordingly, profit- maximization objective is integrated with stakeholder interest maximization; corporate growth objective is integrated with environmental and social objectives. At every level of management-individual, group and organization- relevant issues aren’t analyzed in isolation. In other words, issues aren't viewed in a linear fashion. Instead, every issue of management is approached with a systemic and holistic perspective. Holistic management is the philosophy that provides policy directives for corporate decision-making that calls for integration of concerns of body, mind and spirit.
