Bhatkal: Naunihaal Central School Hosts Eid Milan Programme

Bhatkal, Sep 5: Naunihaal Central School hosted a grand Eid Milan programme at Naunihaal campus here on Sunday September 4.

The inaugural programme began with Qir’at by Fahad Malpa which was translated by Sahel Kola, followed by Hamd recited by Reha and Juhaina, Na'ath by Hussain Kazi, Taraana by Tawwab and party, and Nawaity poem by Affan Bafaqi.

Moulana Khwaja Moinuddin Akrami Nadvi (imam and khateeb, Khalifa mosque) addressed the gathering and greeted the audience and wished all Eid Mubarak. He also explained the importance of Ramadan and fasting.

Moulana Abdul Bari Nadvi (khateeb and imam, Jamia mosque and principal of Jamia Islamia, Bhatkal) greeted the audience and wished all Eid Mubarak. He said, "May almighty Allah gather us all in heaven the way he has brought us together here. Hindus and Muslims are brothers."

Bhatkal DySP, M Narayan, CIP Shiv Prakash, PSI Suresh Naik and Sevavahini president Surendra Shanbhag along with other Hindus and Muslims present.

The programme end with a prayer by Maulana Abdul Bari. Abdullah Kola compered.

The programme started at 9:15 pm and ended at 11:30 pm. After the programme dinner was arranged.
