Mangaluru, Oct 20: In a strange occurrence, a peacock visits Sri Subramanya temple at Neermarga Manur on the outskirts of the city every day and dances with joy. The temple priest has tied anklets to its legs. The same peacock used to visit the home of the temple priest every day earlier and dance in front of the family members.
Many devotees of the temple wait to witness the dance of the peacock every day. The dance of the peacock makes the devotees forget themselves. The peacock dances during day time in the temple and goes to the house of the temple priest in the evening.
