Mangaluru: Farewell ceremony of attender Thimmappa held at Ladyhill Victoria High School

Mangaluru, Aug 1: A farewell ceremony for Thimmappa, attender at Ladyhill Victoria High School was organized on July 31 in the school Auditorium. All the students, joint secretary, Sr Violet Tauro A C and PTA vice president were present at the farewell function. Principal Sr Ujvala A C said that Thimmappa was sincere and dutiful.

The students of the school put up a cultural program.

Thimmappa was felicitated by the joint secretary Sr Violet Tauro A C principal Sr Ujvala A C and the PTA vice president Jayaram Karandoor.

On behalf of the teaching fraternity, teacher Wilma Lobo recalled his contribution to the school and  Jayashree shared her experience on behalf of non- teaching faculty.

Thimmappa was showered with gifts given by students, teaching and non teaching fraternity.

Sweets were distributed to the students by him.

The programme ended on an emotional note wishing Thimmappa good health and a happy retired life ahead.
