Beltangady: Felicitation, PTA interface programme held at Anugraha PU College

Beltangady, Jul 18: “Educated people are respected throughout the countries. He who is interested in learning is a true learner," said Mahaveera Jain, lecturer, SDM PU College, Ujire addressing the parents and students PU College. He gave a call for students to brighten their future by imbibing good qualities. He appreciated the Principal for arranging the combined meeting of parents and students. Class toppers and distinction holders were honoured during the programme.

Clitus Prajwal Quadras and Prathima Lobo verbalised their feelings on behalf of all the distinction holders. Principal Fr Vijay Lobo in his introductory speech spoke about rules and regulations of the college. Correspondent Fr James D’Souza appreciated the students for secured 100% results. 

Antony Fernandes, the vice president of PPC, The management committee members Fr Joel Lopes and Anitha Monis were present. Mohammed Ali and P Shrikrishna Prasad were selected as new PTA executive members.

Geetha Joshi welcomed the gathering. Swathi read out the names of distinction holders. Sathyvathi compered the programme and proposed votes of thanks.
