Mangaluru: PTA Meeting held at Rosa Mystica PU College, Kinnikambala

Mangaluru, Jul 12: The PTA annual general meeting of Rosa Mystica PU College kinnikambala was held on July 11.

The meeting began with invoking God’s blessings to through a prayer song there after students performed a rhythmic welcome which gave a energetic Start to the day.

Sr Sadhana B S, the principal of Rosa Mystica PU College welcomed the gathering and she briefed the parents about the rules and regulations of the institution and gave a call for positive involvement in their child’s upbringing.

Sr Leera Maria B S, local manager along with all other guests on the dais inaugurated the meeting by lighting the lamp.
Shilpa Rai and Sujatha Sanil presented the detailed and informative annual report of 2022-2023. PTA vice president of 2022-23 Vinayak Karanth handed over the books of accounts to the newly elected PTA vice president Mohammed Hassan. Hassan officially took the charge of leading as vice president for academic year 2023-24. The newly appointed PTA executive committee for the academic year 2023-2024 were falicitatedfor their initiative and presented flower as a token of respect and gratitude.

Sr Leera Maria, local manager addressed the gathering. She in her speech emphasized that students must learn to build patience in life and she also said Meditation and prayers will help the students to develop their personality.

Viran Veigas who is currently serving as lecturer at Alva's College Moodbidri, was a resource person for the meeting. Viran briefed the key aspects on using technology. He also highlighted that parents must be strict towards the behaviour of their Child. Parents should be time constraints. He also said in his speech that time table for each activity will help the students to reduce the stressful life.

Vinayak Karanth, former PTA vice president expressed his gratitude for the opportunity received to be a part of institutional activities.

Sr Grace Monica, correspondent of our institution in her presidential speech highlighted the moral values which are to be followed by the students and she appreciated the parents for their large number in gathering.

Vote of thanks was proposed by Bharati B S. The programme was compered by Deepa Ancha. The meeting winded up with the national anthem.
